| Description: | Overview/Job Summery ü Responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process of standard cost information. ü In charge of maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process. ü Assisting Finance Director with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements. ü This position will be responsible for developing/maintaining an effective cost accounting system to reduce cost and improve overall profitability.
Job Description ü Analyze manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization. ü Develop and maintain cost pool and cost allocation process by excel and Oracle. ü Maintain standard cost of materials and OH rate by manufacturing stages. ü Responsible for monthly end closing, in accordance with cooperate schedule, analyze manufacturing variance including purchase price variance (PPV), yield variance, absorption variance and manufacturing overhead. ü Participate in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process by providing/analyze PPV, Yield variance, OH variance and forecast inventory, etc. ü Analyze manufacturing processes and in coordination with Production departments to provide improvement recommendations. ü Overseeing monthly cycle counts and annual physical count. ü Support the quarterly and annual audit processes / activities. ü Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications
ü Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance. ü Minimum 10-years’ managing financial matters for high-volume manufacturing sites, and / or multiple business operations at scale for international companies. ü Solid English language skills along with dependable written and verbal communication skills. ü Prior people management experience. ü Proficiency in using ORACLE application. ü Hands-on, detail-oriented and organized. ü Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines. ü Proactively set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment. ü Able to respond effectively to changing priorities. |
