Position Overview:
Warehouse Associates are key team members responsible for ensuring smooth material movement and delivery for the production process. They will ensure the timely, safe and accurate delivery of material and goods to internal and external customers. They may be required to perform and/or support all functions of the assembly of those packages in compliance with our Environmental Health & Safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Perform material receipt, put away, pick, delivery, sort, and counting transactions
  • Ensure materials are counted and sorted for production and customer fulfillment, and documented through the Warehouse Management System
  • Responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received by the company and ensuring that corresponding documentation is filed and maintained accurately
  • Prepare material for shipping, including packaging items and loading and unloading trucks
  • Verify incoming shipments by reviewing and matching shipping documents against purchase orders in the Warehouse Management System
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of inventory, through cycle counts, return to stock and other managed inventory processes
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, safely and efficientl
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks, or similar; forklift certification preferred.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.); ERP experience preferred.
  • Basic math and reading/ comprehension skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts.
  • Ability to lift a minimum weight of 40 lbs.

Hiring for 1st & 2nd Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (5:30am - 2:00pm)

2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (2:00pm- 10:30pm)

Compensation Range: $20.77/hr.--$34.85/hr. (Varies depending on relevancy of experience, technical certifications and other job-related criteria)
