Your Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation initiatives and software projects
- Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends
- Support purchase order requests (POR) for large initiatives and help ensure proper documentation and follow-up
- Support the introduction and rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
- Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting
- Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Support the documentation of project-related processes, newly developed functionalities, and features
- Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
- Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation Project Management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (ongoing or completed) in Business, Computer Science or related
- High affinity to numbers and financials
- Passionate about project management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and a true team player
- Fluent in English and German
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
