Job Summary
The Facilities Management Supervisor – Electromechanical will supervise technical teams and day-to-day electromechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safe and effective operation and maintenance of building systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
Evaluate individual and team performance.
Requirements
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred; or relevant technical qualification.
For technical qualification holders, minimum 10 years' total experience.
3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.
Strong team leadership and communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Arabic and English bilingual capability required for this recruitment.
