Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, assist physicians and healthcare professionals, maintain accurate nursing documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care according to established clinical standards.
  • Assess patients' health conditions, medical histories, symptoms, and nursing care requirements.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation, and other relevant clinical observations.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, treatments, and other prescribed nursing interventions safely and accurately.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, treatments, and clinical interventions.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure nursing equipment, medical supplies, and clinical areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical audit activities.
  • Follow hospital policies, nursing procedures, professional standards, health and safety requirements, and UAE healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing) or an approved nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility to practice in the UAE as applicable.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, Staff Nurse, Clinical Nurse, Hospital Nurse, General Nurse, or Medical-Surgical Nurse is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
