Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to supervise construction activities, coordinate site workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and schedules. The Foreman will manage day-to-day construction site operations, monitor workforce productivity, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and workforce.
- Assign tasks to workers, subcontractors, and site teams based on project requirements.
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other construction teams.
- Ensure construction activities are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Report project progress, site issues, delays, material requirements, and manpower needs to management.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and work instructions.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available when required.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain project progress.
- Train, guide, and motivate construction workers to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain daily site records, work reports, and relevant documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, technical qualification, or relevant certification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Foreman, Construction Foreman, Site Foreman, General Foreman, or Construction Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and workforce supervision.
- Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
