Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Quality Supervisor with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
Quality Supervisor manages a team of Quality Inspectors and leads. Develops, implements and maintains the activities of quality control systems with respect to quality inspectors. Oversees implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting company products. Make recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Provides timely feedback to engineering team to improve quality documents and training. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure all quality policies and training are followed.
Lead day-to-day Quality inspection operations.
Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities to meet customer demand.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes and procedures and applies them effectively and appropriately.
Thorough understanding of all platforms, the inspection points and quality processes.
Thorough understanding of all applicable QC inspection areas.
Prevent failures passing forward to the customer by ensuring quality inspectors follow training and procedures.
Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up with respect to quality inspection findings.
Suggest, implement and support improvement ideas or activities to benefit the product, process or business.
Work with internal cross-functional manufacturing teams to meet quality standards.
