We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter with a genuine passion for food, hospitality and South African culture to join our team at Vivat Bacchus. THE ROLE
As a Waiter at Vivat Bacchus, you'll play a hands-on role in our busy restaurant, helping us deliver warm, knowledgeable and genuinely South African hospitality.
We're looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about food, hospitality and South African culture
Dedicated to delivering exceptional and friendly service
Interested in learning about South African dishes, ingredients and traditions
Respectful, approachable and positive towards customers and colleagues
Fluent in English
Well-groomed and presentable
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Previous restaurant experience is welcome, but we're equally interested in people with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

This position offers Monday to Saturday hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
