Corporate and Institutional Banking

Our products and services include advisory, financing, prime services, research and analysis, securities services, trading and sales and transaction banking.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Ensure all Group policies, rules and regulations are complied with at all times.
2. Perform day to day secretarial support to the assigned team(s) and visiting executives as appropriate.
3. Provide administrative support to the assigned team(s).
4. Preparation of documents and presentation materials, ensuring attention to detail.
5. Organisation, filing and distribution of office materials, utilising as appropriate, central filing resources and Group electronic filing/archiving systems in line with audit/compliance guidelines.
6. Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting, actively managing the calendars of the banker(s) supported. Reinforcing secretarial best practices following new joiners and existing workforce efficiently. Making travel arrangements for the assigned team members, adopting the Group travel policy at all times. Follow Group policy, accurately preparing and timely submitting of the travel and expenses reports.
7. Visitor/telephone screening and handling of internal /external correspondences.
8. Provide IT / system support to assigned team(s), providing up-to-date, accurate information on relevant databases relating to client/marketing activity.
9. Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports.
10. Perform ad hoc assignments as required, productively undertaking a substantial workload without sacrificing quality.
11. Effectively manage information risk and report any exceptions to the Group standards to the banker(s) or Business Management team.
12. Support to internal personnel, utilising operational infrastructure effectively.

Proven ability to work collectively.
Effective time management and planning skills.
PC skills : MS Office
Language : Fluent verbal and written English
