Responsibilities
Feladataid:
- Műszakos karbantartók szakmai támogatása
- Kapcsolattartás a gyártógépek szakszervizeivel (javítások, megelőző karbantartások megszervezése)
- Pótalkatrészek eseti rendelése, fogyó pótalkatrész készletszintek felülvizsgálata
- Munkavédelmi szabályozásoknak megfelelés támogatása adminisztratív és gyakorlati tevékenységekkel
- Karbantartási eljárások és folyamatok fejlesztése (pl.: munkautasítások, egypontos leckék)
- Időszakos karbantartási- és diagnosztikai feladatok meghatározása a termelő berendezésekre
- Karbantartás management adatbázis naprakészen tartása
- Állásidő elemzések alapján gépfejlesztési javaslatok meghatározása
- Gépfejlesztő-, gépélettartam növelő és karbantartási költség optimalizáló akciók szakmai támogatása
- Rendszeres riportok elkészítése
Qualifications
Várjuk jelentkezésed, ha:
- Van tapasztalatod automata gyártósorok / cellarendszerű, összetett folyamatban termelő gyártógépek karbantartásában
- Releváns középfokú műszaki végzettséggel rendelkezel
- Ismered a hidraulikus és pneumatikus gépelemek működését
- Gyakorlatiasan gondolkozol és szervezel
- Proaktív a hozzáállásod
- Ismered a gyártókörnyezetben alkalmazott karbantartási stratégiákat
