Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support hotel facility maintenance Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas: Support hotel facility maintenance Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Manage stores and inventory effectively to ensure tools, materials and critical spares are available when required, reducing downtime and maximising team efficiency
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
- Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
- Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
