About this role

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This role is based at our office in New York City, NY

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, and owner relations for all of Hilton's unique brands! As the Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Implementation and Performance, you will own the implementation, performance, and operational readiness of food and beverage concepts and programs across the Lifestyle hotel portfolio globally. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Lifestyle F&B (Strategy and Development), you will be the primary operational lead for openings, brand standards, and the successful deployment of F&B initiatives.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment, implementation, and operational optimization of brand-led F&B programs and brand standards across the Lifestyle portfolio (franchise and managed).
  • Be the primary operational contact for franchise and managed property partners. Provide structured, prioritized support that drives successful execution of brand programs, adherence to SOPs, and consistent brand standards, while managing scope to avoid excessive one-off requests.
  • Collaborate with F&B Operations, Brand Performance Support, and Brand Experience, Performance, and Strategy teams to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track outlet performance, identify areas for improvement, and deploy action plans.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of openings process resources, training materials, and operational guides, with prioritized ownership of Lifestyle openings.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Work with Brand, Operations, Brand Performance, Analytics, Communications, and Learning & Development teams to ensure alignment on F&B initiatives.
  • Be a trusted operational advisor to owners, operators, and internal partners. Build strong relationships through structured communication and selective field visits, while maintaining clear prioritization of high-impact work.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between Lifestyle hotels and brand leadership to refine strategies based on real-time insights.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Own the deployment and operationalization of new and existing F&B concepts and programs once they are defined; ensuring they are executable, scalable, and consistently applied through clear brand standards and playbooks.
  • Support execution of testing new brand programs, F&B concepts, technology, and brand partnerships in pilot exercises to drive brand growth, value, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of operational guides, brand standards documentation, and best-practice tools that enable consistent execution across the portfolio.
  • Facilitate and scale the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices within the Lifestyle hotel portfolio to uphold brand compliance.
  • Receive analytics and data reporting on performance initiatives (KPIs) and guest satisfaction; use insights to identify areas of opportunity to enhance F&B performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify underperforming outlets within the Lifestyle hotel portfolio and develop strategic action plans with internal and external partners to drive improvements.
  • Lead F&B operational support for priority Lifestyle openings, conversions, and transitions. Own the critical path, cross-functional coordination, and post-opening performance follow-up for these properties.
