What You will do :
Design and develop high-performance software for Aruba's enterprise WLAN Controller platforms.
Build and enhance forwarding plane/datapath infrastructure for scale, reliability, and performance.
Work across Linux systems, embedded software, networking protocols, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
Debug and optimize complex networking, performance, and scalability issues.
Develop solutions spanning on-prem appliances, virtualized environments, and public cloud deployments.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to shape the future of enterprise networking.
What you need to bring :
Experience: 3-8 years in Systems, Networking, Embedded, Infrastructure, or Cloud software development.
Strong expertise in:
C/C++ programming
Linux Systems Programming
Socket Programming
Multithreading & Concurrency
IPC, Shared Memory, Synchronization
System Calls & Debugging
TCP/IP Networking Fundamentals
Routing, Switching & Network Protocols
Performance Analysis & Troubleshooting
Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:
Forwarding Plane / Datapath Development
WLAN Technologies & Controllers
Linux Kernel & Driver Development
NPU / Network Acceleration Technologies
Virtualization (KVM, VMware)
Containers & Cloud-Native Networking
AWS / Azure / Multi-Cloud Platforms
Distributed Systems Architecture
Python, Go, Java, Scala
CI/CD, Performance, Scale System Debugging
