Helper Rate: $20 per hour
We are seeking a dependable helper to assist a client who will be recovering from knee replacement surgery. The client is disabled and will require standby assistance and supervision during the initial recovery period at home. A family member will be present for part of the time, but additional support is needed.
Care Responsibilities
- Provide standby assistance during movement and daily activities
- Ensure safety and supervision during recovery
- Offer general support and monitoring
- Assist with light tasks as needed to keep the home environment safe and comfortable
- July 9, 10, 11, 12
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable and punctual
- Patient and attentive, especially with post-surgery recovery
- Comfortable providing mobility supervision
- Experience with post-op care is a plus
This is a short-term recovery role, ideal for a helper who can provide consistent supervision and reassurance during the critical first days after surgery.
