1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30am-2:30pm + OT as required.
What you´ll do
- The Processing Team Leader is responsible for leading decision making and acting as a point of contact for the department.
- The position also involves performing all tasks and duties of the Operations Technicians in the Processing area.
- Batch soaps and detergents products for packaging lines using automated and manual systems
- Receive and handle chemical raw materials
- Coordinate resource planning and batching strategy
- Participate in and/or lead daily meetings
- Communicate regularly with packaging lines and other support functions
What makes you a good fit
- 1 to 2 years of current or recent experience in a manufacturing environment; previous work experience with batching processes preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills in current or previous roles
- Previous forklift operation and team-based work experience considered a plus
- Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as needed
- Basic computer and math skills
- High school diploma or GED required

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.10 and $22.98. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
