What You'll Be Doing
- Load, unload, and transfer bulk products safely using terminal equipment and material-handling systems while following established procedures.
- Assist with daily terminal operations, including loading and unloading trucks and/or railcars, product movement, and monitoring terminal equipment.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance checks, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, use basic hand tools, and complete routine housekeeping to help keep the facility clean and safe.
- Help monitor product handling activities and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records to support efficient movement of materials through the terminal.
- Communicate with team members, customers, and drivers to support smooth terminal operations and help identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.
What Are We Looking For
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, rail, heavy equipment, mechanical, or similar hands-on work environment preferred.
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures while working around moving equipment and bulk materials.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools, operating equipment, and troubleshooting routine mechanical issues.
- Dependable work habits with attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work respectfully with team members, customers, and drivers in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a terminal or industrial operations setting.
- Role involves hands-on work around bulk products, trucks, railcars, and transfer equipment.
- This role requires ascending heights, outdoor work, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
- This role includes opportunities for overtime, weekend work, and 10- to 12-hour shifts based on operational needs.
- Requires use of required personal protective equipment and adherence to site safety procedures.

- Competitive base salary $42,620 - $50,080 ($20.49 - $24.08/hr)
