Overview:
Hayward Industries is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead transformative
Operations & Supply Chain initiatives across our global footprint. This role will drive high-impact programs including
new product launches, production automation, enterprise simplification, and inventory optimization. In addition to
leading these initiatives, the incumbent will play a critical role in training and coaching the global operations team
on project charter development, prioritization frameworks, and project management best practices.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Manage initiatives such as:
New product introductions and operational readiness
Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization
ERP system conversion and integration
Enterprise simplification and process harmonization
Inventory reduction and working capital improvement
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership Team Enablement & Coaching
Train and mentor global operations team members on:
Project charter creation and scope definition
Prioritization techniques and portfolio management
Project management methodologies and tools
Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise
Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Capabilities/Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in coaching and developing cross-functional teams
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
