We invite ambitious students to join our dynamic Sales Excellence team, currently undergoing an exciting growth phase and a critical BI migration project. As a Working Student, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition to QlikSense and enhancing our data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the migration of the Sales Performance report from QlikView to QlikSense, focusing on data integrity
- Prepare, validate, and design dashboards for efficient data visualization and reporting
- Maintain and quality-check SDM processes, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create tables/presentations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to understand their data requirements and provide timely solutions
- Stay updated on BI tools and techniques, suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency and ensure data security and confidentiality, adhering to company policies
- Provide regular updates on migration and analysis progress to the team and engage in knowledge sharing
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a relevant field of a full-time study program, such as Business, Data Science, or Information Systems with availability of approximately 12 months
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in BI tools, particularly QlikView and QlikSense, is preferred
- Analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
- A structured and organized approach to work, ensuring attention to detail, as well as a proactive and independent work ethic, taking initiative to drive projects forward
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data manipulation and presentation
- Basic understanding of SQL or similar database querying languages is advantageous
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to contribute to team success, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing project dynamics and a willingness to learn
