About this role

Main Objectives of this position:

  1. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR policies, processes and employment-related queries within assigned business areas/functions/units
  2. Support managers with basic people management topics, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  3. Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance-related processes, in line with company policies and local labor regulation
  4. Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent HR service delivery
  5. Support HR initiatives and small-scale change or improvement projects within assigned business areas/functions units
  6. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, processes and local/global HR programs in alignment with overall business needs

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Talent Selection, including MyPORT-related processes (as applicable), interview scheduling, documentation, and process tracking.

  • Oversee end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.

  • Plan and deliver New Employee / New Joiner Orientation, including agenda design, logistics, materials preparation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Process transfer cases (internal moves/changes) end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and timely system updates.

  • Administer probation management, including tracking, reminders, documentation collection, and coordination with managers/HRBP.

  • Run intern lifecycle management, including campus recruitment, selection coordination, performance follow-up, and ongoing communications.

  • Coordinate and validate contract review activities (administrative coordination and review support aligned with HRBP and local requirements).

  • Track and consolidate Performance Management activities, including timelines, data consolidation, reminders, and documentation control.

  • Design and organize employee activities/events (e.g., engagement events, celebrations, clubs) as assigned.

  • Fully accountable for Entry Visa / Work Permit / Residence Permit application related work (e.g., dependent visa).

  • Support international transfers and mobility tasks for short-term assignments; help cover long-term assignment mobility processes when necessary (documentation, relocation support, onboarding, accommodation reservation etc.).

  • Support the administration of in-house training programs.

  • Maintain learning records and assist with training coordination and logistics.

  • Facilitate Conflict of Interest (COI) declarations in collaboration with Compliance department 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations

  • Familiarity with local employment laws and work permit application processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required) and HR systems 

  • Experience with Oracle HR or other HRIS systems

  • Experience partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and supporting HRBP-led initiatives.

  • Good English proficiency (written and verbal) to work with regional/global stakeholders
