North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We're building our Parts Department from the ground up and looking for a Parts Counter Associate who is organized, motivated, customer-focused, and ready to be part of something special from day one.

How You'll Make an Impact

Assist Service Technicians and Service Advisors with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases and questions.
Look up parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.
Maintain accurate pricing and parts information.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery.
Help receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts.
Maintain an organized and efficient Parts Department.
Monitor special orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.
Work closely with Service and Sales teams to keep operations moving efficiently.
Provide professional, friendly service to every customer and team member.
Represent The Hanania Way through accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional service.

QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart

Previous automotive Parts experience is preferred, but not required.
Automotive knowledge or genuine interest in vehicles is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers, tablets, phones, and dealership technology.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn and grow within the Parts Department.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
