The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research.

How you can make a difference:

  • Install, maintain, qualify, and repair Hamilton Robotics Liquid Handlers such as STAR and VANTAGE instruments
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide fast, effective solutions
  • Support customers remotely and on-site
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate system records
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Application Support, Sales, and global experts

That’s what you bring along:

  • Technical education in automation, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Experience in field service, laboratory automation, or complex technical equipment is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on, customer-focused mindset
  • Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland
  • Good German and English skills; French or Italian is an advantage
