Key Responsibilities

• Operate rolling machines to process donated textiles and other materials for resale.
• Sort and categorize items according to established guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on processed items to ensure they meet organizational standards.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately recording processed goods.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe workplace.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on best practices and organizational policies.

QualificationsRequired Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience working with machinery or equipment is advantageous
