As an HR Rewards Solutions Intern in our Budapest office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for the GBS HR Rewards Solutions Team and will report to the GBS HR Compensation Solutions Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Assist in key compensation processes, including the Annual Salary Review (ASR), bonus cycles, and other compensation activities
Contribute to the preparation and submission of global compensation surveys (e.g. Mercer, Korn Ferry)
Provide support for broader Rewards activities, including mobility and employee listening processes
Support the resolution of basic Ask HR ticket requests and ensure timely follow-up
Assist with data validation, reporting, documentation, and process improvement activities as required
You:
Have ongoing college or University studies (preferably in a related field)
Can speak English fluently
Can work 20-30 hours/week, especially Q4-Q1
Have technical aptitude, including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Have strong numerical and logical skills
Are interested in analytical tasks, working with numbers
