Key Account Manager - Your Future Position?
As a Key Account Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the East China Sales Manager and provide ongoing support to key accounts. You will also need to identify and develop new revenue opportunities with key accounts, and exploring new global/international and local customers business opportunities. Sound interesting? In this exciting role you will:
- Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level, sophisticated in the working environment of food market in China, including the complicated organization structure, and frequent change in the market.
- Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (account development plan), initiating, planning, coordinating, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team.
- Achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and WIN rate (the measurement for the winning project / the total projects engaged.)
- Sharply identify the customer needs, and build a strong, clear biz case for each individual project.
- Work closely with regional and global team to support the innovation project development and contribute the commercialization of the innovation.
- Maintain high biz. Ethics in daily work and protect the cooperate reputation.
- Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work, ensure the company resource (time, HR, expense, investment) utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Food Science, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 8-10 years' experience in food ingredient/additives industry. Technical understanding of application knowledge in beverages, flavors, ingredients, or food systems is a plus.
- Passion to win in a challenging environment
- Good business acumen and capability of defining the growth area from the dynamic market
- Good analytical skills to drill to the root-cause
- Resilient in the demanding sales work
- Good organization awareness
- Growth mindset and strong learning agility
- Fluent in English
