Role: FG Planning Executive

Location: Pune (Ranjangaon MIDC)

In this position you will:-

• Follow SAP setting parameter.
• Inventory norm finalization across network, basis sales trend historical data and based on seasonality.
• Ageing Inventory analyses and proactively identifying potential discard due to shelf life expiry and taking action to liquidate it.
• Manage complex product flow movement across network minimize sales loss due to stock out optimum customer service level at optimum cost.
• Internal coordination with FG planner, Customer Care, Warehouse and Manufacturing team.
• Identify cost improvements through CI initiative and Deliver savings to production cost per KG.
• Book stockist order in SAP and resolved pricing errors with interact with pricing team, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Manage master data in SAP, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RM, FG and Demand planning, Finance, Sales, and IT
• Support customer complaints handling, goods return and other queries from customers.
• Leading Monthly Sales and Inventory meeting to ensure the optimum inventory level is maintained at each Consignment agents.
• Generate MIS reports on Business Plan Vs. Actual Orders, Actual Orders accepted vs. fulfilment in time, with classification on planned and unplanned orders monthly basis
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to implement Planning Strategy aligned with the business needs.
• Escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and prioritization issues.
• Monitor workload and calendars to maintain the balance in the department.
• Communicate and interact with areas involved, in order to solve issues.
• Achieve and maintain service level targets.
• Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade or others
• At least 3 years of experience in the area
• ERP/MRP expertise
• Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI,BO)
• Language skills: Fluent in English
• Microsoft office expertise
