Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lexus vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify vehicle concerns.
- Accurately document repair procedures and recommendations.
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Stay current on Lexus technologies, repair procedures, and industry advancements.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required.
- Luxury brand experience preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.
