Responsibilities:

• Professionals in this group are required to perform tasks which are complex in nature.
• The professionals are expected to operate within large set of rules.
• They need to exercise decision making to identify the appropriate rule set to be applied by utilizing the theoretical knowledge of concepts and principles and understanding of the larger process flow.

• They operate with wide latitude for making independent decisions/recommendations, which typically have financial, operational, legal, or image/reputation impact.
• They assists junior team members with work related to standard issues/queries. Possess working knowledge of one functional area/sub process.

 

About you

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.
