Do you have experience with interior painting and drywall repair for Multi-Family/Residential properties? As Painter for Alexander Hamilton Apartments in Columbus Ohio, you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, interior painting and drywall repair.
Multi-Family Painter Responsibilities
Prepping apartments for painting
Interior painting
Drywall repair
Multi-Family Painter Qualifications
Interior Painting and drywall repair experience
Be responsible and reliable
Must have a basic set of tools
Have a positive, get-the-job-done attitude
Candidates must prove they have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Have detailed knowledge of make-ready unit turns, including painting and drywall repair
