About this role
Responsibilities
- Execute the complete installation of residential solar systems in strict adherence to approved Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
- Manage logistics for material transport and ensure all sites are fully prepared and ready for deployment.
- Perform technical installation tasks, including mounting structures, photovoltaic modules, earthing systems, cabling, and inverter setup.
- Oversee necessary civil engineering works, such as constructing foundations for structural supports and earthing pits.
- Configure and activate Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) to ensure optimal system performance tracking.
- Deliver comprehensive system demonstrations and provide foundational training to end-users regarding operation and maintenance.
- Enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accurate completion of pre-installation and post-installation documentation.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive project coordination.
- Maintain real-time project status updates within Zoho Projects and other relevant management applications.
- Monitor the progress of both residential and commercial solar initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to accelerate the approval process for project designs and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers will also be considered
- Proficiency in MS Office• Clear and assertive communication skills
- Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Ability to think critically and organize work assignments based on priority
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Takes complete accountability of assignments• Willingness to learn
