Responsibilities
- Manage and expedite the complete lifecycle of net-metering, CEIG, subsidy, and load enhancement applications for projects within the Telangana region.
- Cultivate deep expertise in company operations to effectively coordinate with and support various internal and external entities.
- Oversee the alignment of daily activities with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels.
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with external agencies, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance business understanding.
- Leverage data analysis and stakeholder feedback to pinpoint opportunities for improving service delivery and strengthening external relationships.
- Serve as the organization's ambassador, upholding a professional image while engaging with the community and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing net-metering liaisons, securing CEIG approvals, processing subsidy applications, and handling load enhancement requests.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain valuable business partnerships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities to articulate complex regulatory information clearly.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Analytical proficiency with the ability to interpret data, perform mathematical calculations, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Skilled negotiator with the capacity to influence outcomes and resolve complex issues independently.
