About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate daily activities for a nationwide team of documentation and net-metering specialists.
- Monitor and manage the status of all project approvals, including feasibility studies, in-principle clearances, net-metering permits, and CEIG certifications for diverse client segments.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management and Execution units to facilitate the timely acquisition of meters, strictly adhering to the specific mandates of State Distribution Companies (DISCOMs).
- Oversee the complete subsidy lifecycle, guiding applications from initial submission through to final fund disbursement by the relevant DISCOMs.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background is preferred).
• 5 years of experience including at least 2 years of Managerial experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and project management skills.
• Candidate should have experience in leading and managing teams that are
geographically spread out.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced Excel & Word).
