Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Fraserway RV is looking for an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Abbotsford team.

In this role, you’ll support the sales team throughout the customer journey, helping coordinate documentation, vehicle deliveries, internal processes, and day-to-day sales activities. If you’re highly organized, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Process and track RV inventory orders, pricing, and documentation
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate listings on the website and social media
• Support lead tracking and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Assist with sales events, RV shows, and marketing promotions
• Prepare schedules, reports, and internal communications

What You Bring

• 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience (RV, automotive, or recreational industry an asset)
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfort using social media and CRM systems
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
