As a Office Manager you will: be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and for creating a pleasant, organized, safe, and service-oriented work environment. The role serves as a central point of contact for employees, vendors, and the various departments, ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of the office and a positive employee experience.

We Are Looking For:
• | 2-5 years of prior experience in office management, office operations, or a similar role in a high-tech or start-up company, including experience in employee well-being and employee experience. |
• | A very high level of proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken. |
• | Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effective prioritization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. |
• | A strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. |
• | A strong sense of ownership, initiative, personal responsibility, and a proactive “make things happen” approach. |
• | A practical and flexible approach, willingness to handle small tasks as well, and the ability to respond to urgent needs outside regular working hours when necessary. |
• | Technological orientation. |
• | Creative thinking and the ability to propose and implement improvements in processes, service, and the office work experience. |
Key Working Relationships
Internal stakeholders: Employees, Senior Management, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, IT, Security, Legal and other departments.
External stakeholders: Building management, food and beverage suppliers, office equipment suppliers, cleaning and maintenance providers, telecommunications providers, parking services, delivery services, gifts and employee well-being vendors, local authorities, and other service providers.
