Material Flow Simulation Engineer

Location
Rayong
Workplace
On-site

About this role

  • Design and build simulation models representing planned material flow processes and equipment layouts within the plant.

  • Translate part-level logistics data (packaging, quantities, delivery frequency, handling requirements from PFEP) into accurate simulation inputs.

  • Analyze simulation outputs to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, or design risks prior to implementation.

  • Develop simulations for automated material handling systems, including AGVs and AMRs,

  • Prepare and present clear reports summarizing results, issues, and recommendations to Planning Engineers and other requested stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional planning and logistics teams (Plant MFE, Study teams) to validate that simulation results align with real-world plant requirements.
