We are currently seeking IC Human Capital Consultants to join our growing business. Current Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. This role will work onsite at the client based in Northern Virginia for 3-4 days per week and can be remote on remaining days.
As a Cleared Human Capital Consultant, you will provide 3-4 days of on-site support to one of FMP's largest clients in the intelligence community and have the unique opportunity to support an Intelligence Community agency's workforce planning and talent management efforts by helping maintain and improve competency models, job frameworks, and workforce planning tools. Responsibilities include analyzing workforce data to identify talent gaps and trends, conducting job and work role analyses, developing competency and qualification standards, supporting career pathing initiatives, and ensuring workforce information remains current and aligned with mission requirements. This work helps agency leaders make informed decisions about hiring, employee development, succession planning, and long-term workforce readiness.
As an FMP Consultant you will
Apply and enhance your strong technical and/or project management expertise across a broad range of strategic human capital, industrial-organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, learning solutions, and other exciting projects
Work hand-in-hand with our clients to tailor and implement innovative solutions that address each client's particular needs -- no two clients or projects are alike
Develop or direct the development of a wide variety of deliverables (e.g. reports, tools, strategic approaches, briefings, or data analyses)
Be part of a high performance culture that values client service, freedom, and collaboration
Rapidly grow in a constantly evolving and entrepreneurial environment
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology and 1-2 years of relevant work experience
TS or TS/SCI Security Clearance
Effective communication (oral and written)
Attention to detail
Ability to develop positive, professional relationships
Report writing and document preparation experiene
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Problem solving; analysis; critical thinking
US citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of federal government human capital and/or management practices
People and/or project management skills
Training development and delivery experience
Related professional certification
Doctorate degree in a field of study relating to data analysis or business, industrial organizational psychology, or human resources
Salary Range: $90,000-115,000 commensurate with experience
