Two Exciting New Concepts. One Incredible Opening Team.

We’re bringing two distinctive new dining experiences to life—and we’re looking for talented, passionate people to help us create them from the ground up.

Bocado Tapas is a neighborhood restaurant inspired by the flavors and social dining traditions of Spain, Mexico, and the Mediterranean. We offer bold, shareable food, thoughtfully crafted drinks, in a lively and inviting setting.

Retoro will offer an unforgettable omakase experience, combining exceptional ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and attentive hospitality to create a dining experience guests will remember.

We’re now building the opening teams for both concepts and hiring for Front-of-House and Back-of-House positions:

• Servers: $9.00 per hour plus tips, or $15.00 per hour, whichever is higher
• Bussers/Runners: $9.00 per hour plus tips, or $15.00 per hour, whichever is higher
• Hosts: $15.00–$20.00 per hour
• Bartenders: $9.00 per hour plus tips, or $15.00 per hour, whichever is higher
• Line Cooks: $22.00$–$27.00 per hour
• Prep Cooks: $20.00$–$24.00 per hour
• Dishwashers: $18.00 per hour
• Sous Chefs: $68,000–$77,000 annually
