A hands-on MDM developer who has actually built and supported IBM InfoSphere MDM implementations — not just heard of the tool. Someone who can own the technical side of master data end-to-end, from modeling to production support.
Responsibilities
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years in Master Data Management (MDM)
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM
- Hands-on MDM development experience
- Experience with MDM data model changes
- Experience with MDM customization
- Banking/financial services domain experience
- Experience with data modeling, data quality, and match/merge rules
- Hands-on with survivorship rules and hierarchy/relationship management
- SQL and experience integrating MDM with downstream/upstream systems (APIs, batch jobs, or messaging)
- Cloud experience with AWS, specifically MDM migration to cloud and cloud hosting
- Good understanding of data governance basics
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with InfoSphere Information Server / DataStage
- Exposure to ETL tools
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical workstreams
Qualifications
Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in master data management or data management.
Base Compensation Range: $110,000- $130,000
The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
