About this role

Coordinates employee relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices
Evaluate and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems and meets with management to determine appropriate action. 
Analyze information to define and discern cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes
Researches and responds to employee questions, concerns and grievances
Maintains employee relations records
Administers collective bargaining agreements and grievances
Managing employee relations issues (e.g., investigating employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance, mediation between employees, monitoring diversity/equal employment opportunity program compliance, etc.)

Responsibilities

Investigation and management of employee concerns
Independently handle and resolve employee issues.
Conducts the analysis and resolution of issues with increasing complexity, visibility and risk related to policy, values or cultural concerns/violations and incident or threat response, independently or by collaborating with Legal team as appropriate, recommends solutions to address issues from a systematic perspective.
Determine right approach, interviews appropriate parties in an investigation in review of concerns on the matter. 
Concludes investigations using findings, relevant partnership with team and knowledge of the relevant legislation.
Identifies, raises or escalates issues for trends in ER, partner with team and relevant HR partners to reduce ER issues for a business, region, geography.
Prepare investigation reports. 
Capability Building/ER Hotspots/Projects and Programs 
Coaches employees on navigation of ER processes
Provide training, guidance, coaching and acts as a sounding board for employees and managers.
Independently run capability development sessions for people leaders
Proactively identifies ER hotspots and work towards closure of the same along with relevant stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities through insights to build organizations capability to proactively manage the creation of ER matters.
Gathers and interprets industry trends about Employee Relations programs and processes and identifies execution or communication gaps within a business, region or geography, develops and proposes action plans to address the gaps in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Digital Portal Management 
Manages and overseas queries coming through the digital portal.
Assess the severity level of queries and determines management approach.
Responds to emails and ensure all case related documents/evidence are digitally stored.
Identify process improvement opportunities related to digital portal.

Qualifications

Bachelor�s degree, MBA preferred. 4 - 6 years
