About this role
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for External Reinsurance operations across multiple Property & Casualty (P&C) entities.
- Prepare and review GL, subledger, payment tracker, and profit share reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Record and validate journal entries related to ceding commissions, IBNR, premium allocations, reinsurance settlements, and intercompany transactions.
- Support Schedule F, BEA reporting, statutory filings, cash flow projections, recoverable reporting, and other regulatory submissions.
- Analyze reinsurance balances, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with accounting, finance, and reinsurance stakeholders.

Maintain compliance with month-end close calendars, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards while ensuring timely delivery of all reporting obligations.

- Prepare BlackLine account reconciliations and audit support documentation for internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Analyze reinsurance balances, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with accounting, finance, and reinsurance stakeholders.

Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree 5 - 8 years
