Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments. This role will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.
Qualifications - Restaurant Manager
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
- Experience with scheduling and inventory management
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
Responsibilities - Restaurant Manager
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Hire, train, and retain team members
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain company standards
- Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, and operating costs
- Create employee schedules and monitor staffing needs
- Manage inventory, invoices, and back-office processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
- Partner with retail and store leadership to ensure smooth operations
