INTERNSHIP – INVESTMENT – CHINA – S1 2027

In March 2019, Eurazeo was selected by China Investment Corporation and BNP Paribas to manage a €1 billion fund dedicated to European companies with strong growth ambitions in the region, France China Cooperation Fund. The fund focus on investment opportunities with growth potential in China / Asia markets.

As member of Eurazeo China team, you will be working closely with Eurazeo’s investment professionals, assisting the team in evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring and supporting portfolio companies, etc.

• Undertaking analysis on investment opportunities, including financial and strategic analysis as well as operational and financial modelling of potential acquisition targets;
• Assisting in post-transaction portfolio management, including China strategy planning, bottom acquisition, etc.;
• Helping with identifying and assessing qualified Chinese & Asia investors for potential cooperation on cross border investment opportunities.

 

• High fluency in professional English and Mandarin
• Previous experiences in Investment Banking / Consulting / Private Equity are preferred
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial database incl. Capital IQ, Wind, Merger Market, etc.
• Attention to details, solid research skills, independent thinking, and effectively cooperate with others
