Human Resources Coordinator 
 

ES Foundry is looking for two HR Coordinators to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment and serve as a key HR resource for our employees and leadership teams. These are hands-on, employee-facing HR roles where you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, support employee needs, assist with HR operations, and make a direct impact on the employee experience.

We are hiring for both an Evening Shift (4:30 PM–12:30 AM) and an Overnight Shift (12:30 AM–8:30 AM). If you’re an HR professional who enjoys being visible, independent, and involved in the day-to-day employee experience, we’d love to hear from you.


Summary

The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations with a strong focus on employee onboarding, coordination of employee assets, and manufacturing floor readiness. This role ensures new hires are set up for success by coordinating onboarding logistics, managing IT equipment distribution, assigning lockers, badges, and personal protective equipment (PPE), and providing general administrative and logistical support to the HR Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including start-date logistics, orientation scheduling, and required documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees during onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience
  • Track onboarding completion and follow up on outstanding requirements
  • Coordinate distribution, tracking, and return of IT assets (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.) for employees
  • Partner with IT to ensure timely setup and access for new hires
  • Maintain accurate asset assignment records
  • Assign and track lockers for manufacturing employees
  • Coordinate PPE assignments in accordance with safety and operational requirements
  • Maintain records of PPE issuance and replacements
  • Coordinate employee badge creation and access assignments
  • Ensure timely badge issuance for new hires and replacements as needed
  • Work with Facilities and Security to manage access changes
  • Support general HR coordination activities, including internal communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records (electronic and/or physical)
  • Assist with HR projects and process improvements as assigned
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent and efficient HR operations
  • Perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of administrative, HR, or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, HRIS systems, or asset tracking
