Job Overview:
As a Manager - Integration RBWM at Emirates NBD, your role is to support integration Business propositions by driving business assessment, integration planning, governance, stakeholder alignment and execution of strategic initiatives with overall operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop integration plans, identify milestones, manage workstreams
Conduct workshops, collect business information, perform gap analysis
Manage BAU flow activity, periodic reviews to enable achievement of state completion
Engagement with external stakeholders for process mapping, and reconciliation related matters
Map the current product approval processes which are running in RBL and gather and analyze the list of product backlog and enhancement items
Pricing review & competition benchmarking
Manage existing regulatory requirements which are running and currently in pipeline
Analyze retail products, identify overlaps, recommend rationalization opportunities wherever possible
Execute strategy campaigns, business cases with key focus on areas like identify revenue, cost and operational synergy opportunities
Gather inputs on systems and platforms used by RBL currently to eliminate the duplication and conflict of interest
Manage key relationships and coordinate with business heads, technology units, operations, risk and external stakeholders
Incorporate details of the requirements from all stakeholders regarding the proposed changes/ project
Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, executive updates presentations, and decision matrix, and other required MIS reports for analytical review of the portfolio to serve executive leadership members
Track actions, coordinate teams, facilitate workshops and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Execute Gap analysis, obtain area of opportunities and enable the desired outputs
Identify innovative opportunities for Digital and STP products
Ongoing review & enhancement of existing setup to maximize efficiency and quality
Understand technology landscapes with respect to application catalogues, architecture catalogues, and interdependencies
Resolve conflicting business priorities between ENBD and RBL. Timely executive decisions and program alignment with focus on highest-value initiatives
Escalate any delivery risks and blockers to minimize the delays
To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational & market risk.
Responsible for assessing product risk, reputation risk & product suitability by deploying global best practices
Identify integration risks, dependencies and develop mitigation plans to be followed
To identify and capture operational, technical, regulatory Controls
Highlight cyber security controls, audit findings, and data privacy risks
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification
- Agile Certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, change management, or integration programs.
- Strong Retail Banking experience, with exposure to Cards, Loans, and Liabilities products.
- Proven track record in delivering complex business, technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration programs.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, including Cards, Loans, Liabilities, and related banking services.
- Experience in Business Transformation, Digital Banking, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Expertise in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) Management and governance frameworks.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in:
- Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Jira
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven Program Management experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong Executive Reporting skills, with the ability to present concise and impactful updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams, business leaders, external partners, and senior executives.
