In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the execution, monitoring, and governance of the Asia Pacific Order process, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional operating requirements.
- Analyze order process performance, quality metrics, customer experience indicators, issues, risks, and recurring trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Care, Sales, Project Execution, Finance, IT, Systems Support, CRM, Digital Tools, Quality, Training, and global process stakeholders to clarify requirements and support process improvements.
- Contribute to current-state analysis, future-state workflow design, testing, deployment readiness, post-implementation monitoring, and process validation activities.
- Prepare insights, reports, recommendations, and stakeholder updates to support performance management, governance decisions, corrective actions, and continuous improvement priorities.
- Support change communication, training, transition, and adoption activities related to Order process improvements, system changes, tools, controls, and operating model updates.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commercial Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Customer Care, Order Management, Inside Sales, Order Entry, process improvement, operations, performance management, quality management, or related business support functions.
- Working knowledge of Order processes, process governance, performance metrics, quality controls, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and risks, prepare insights, and translate findings into practical actions and recommendations.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience with Measurement Solutions Customer Care, Oracle, CRM, ERP, reporting, analytics, digital tools, or related business systems is a plus.
- Experience supporting projects, process mapping, testing, deployment readiness, change management, training, or adoption activities is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean, Perfect Execution, structured problem solving, KPI design, dashboarding, or business process documentation is a plus.
