About this role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with 7+ years of experience (3+ as an enterprise AE, 3+ in sales management) to build and lead EliseAI's new Texas office from the ground up. You'll be joining a unicorn backed by Andreessen Horowitz ($250M Series E) that powers 1 in 6 apartments in the U.S. with agentic AI. This is a rare opportunity to operate as a player-coach — closing enterprise deals yourself while hiring and developing a team beneath you. Think of it as writing the playbook for an entirely new market, with a clear path to second-line leadership within 12 months.
What will you be doing?
Personally closing enterprise deals with regional and national property management companies for the first year while building out the sales team
Standing up EliseAI's brand-new Texas office — helping find the space, hiring AEs, and growing the company's presence in the region
Leading, mentoring, and performance-managing enterprise AEs using challenger methodology across the full sales cycle
Partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive new business and expansions with C-Suite and VP-level buyers
Running pipeline reviews, forecasting, and attending industry conferences to expand EliseAI's footprint
