  • A Typical Day

    Act as a trusted strategic business partner to the Country General Manager and Leadership Team to drive profitable growth and achievement of business objectives. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering commitments and driving business performance. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, adapting priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes.

    Lead annual planning, forecasting, target setting, and financial strategy aligned with long-term business priorities.

    Drive commercial performance through pricing, trade investment, customer profitability, channel economics, revenue growth management, and business case evaluations.

    Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to deliver commitments.

    Lead P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital optimization initiatives.

    Ensure timely and accurate financial closing, reporting, analysis, and actionable insights.

    Provide governance over trade spending, promotional investments, customer agreements, capital expenditure, and strategic investments.

    Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, risk management, statutory reporting, and audit readiness as Chief Holding Officer (CHO) for the entity in Taiwan.

    Partner with Shared Services, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Internal Audit, and Regional Finance teams.

    Lead finance transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Develop and lead a high-performing finance team across Financial Controlling and Business Partnering disciplines.

    Who You Are

  • Comfortable working in a lean organization and actively engaging in day-to-day finance operations when required.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of finance leadership experience with strong exposure to both Financial Controlling and Commercial Finance/Business Partnering.
  • Solid knowledge of Taiwan statutory accounting, taxation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance requirements. Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, controls, compliance, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Proven experience supporting commercial decision-making through pricing, profitability, trade investment, and business case analysis.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior business stakeholders in a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience driving finance transformation, shared-service operating models, automation, and simplification initiatives across multinational organizations.
  • Strong digital mindset with practical experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred), business intelligence tools, automation, and data-driven decision making.
