WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Training as a technician, service technician, or comparable training
- Preferably with experience in technical support or a comparable position
- Knowledge in the areas of installation, user training, and commissioning of professional equipment
- Experience in relationship management with partners/service partners
- Good communication skills in both service and sales
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with dealers, service partners, and colleagues
- Proven success in building and managing a dealer/service network
- Excellent communications skills with ability to work across functions and external partners
- Fluent in English and comfortable in a dynamic international environment
Strong negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
