About this role

What you'll do:

Client & Project Coordination 

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Professional Services team and the client across multiple, concurrent projects. 

Set up and coordinate appropriate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders (kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees, etc.). 

Ensure the right internal resources are identified and allocated to each project, balancing capacity across a multi-project workload. 

Ensure deliverables are completed on time, with appropriate internal review and cross-checking before they reach the client. 

Escalate risks, blockers, and concerns to leadership promptly, with clear context and recommended next steps. 

Coordinate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on overall customer success. 

Project Planning 

Understand the deliverables, timelines, resources, goals, and RACI outlined in Statements of Work. 

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create accurate Statements of Work for projects.  

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and GANTT charts. 

In collaboration with Earnix management and client stakeholders, define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables while working in accordance with the project communication and governance matrix. 

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path. 

Estimate resources and identify participants and skill sets needed to achieve project goals. 

Create and maintain detailed project documentation across all active projects. 

Execution & Delivery 

Combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle across your portfolio of projects. 

Manage customer satisfaction throughout each project life cycle. 

Manage project expectations and assignments with team members, internally and externally. 

Anticipate problems and offer solutions necessary to keep each project within budget and on schedule. 

Maintain a risk and issue log to ensure mitigation strategies are in place. 

Build an environment that motivates the team to work together toward successful project delivery. 

Ensure project team time reporting is complete and accurate.


Requirements

You'll do it using: 

Strong customer engagement skills and a passion for successfully delivering projects. 

Minimum 5-7+ years of solid project management experience in an enterprise software company, ideally managing multiple concurrent projects. 

Master's or bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or a related area. 

Experience managing software delivery projects in the fintech/insurtech industry. 

Experience leading projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments. 

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including team members from diverse technical backgrounds. 

Skills in leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking. 

A solution-oriented mindset: when issues arise, be able to roll up your sleeves and tackle them with a 'get it done' attitude. 

Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills. 

The ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders. 

The ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders. 

Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling competing priorities across multiple projects at once. 

Willingness to travel (when appropriate). 

Preferred: 

Background working with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance carriers. 

Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
