The Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering, coordinating, and continuously improving training programs across the MEA region, with a primary focus on CargoWRITE WMS training. The role supports successful project implementations, system rollouts, employee development, and operational excellence initiatives through onsite and virtual training delivery, change adoption support, and capability building across Contract Logistics sites based in Dubai.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Success Criteria/ KPI
- Delivery of regional training programs according to agreed plans and project timelines.
- Positive trainee satisfaction and training effectiveness scores.
- Successful support of WMS implementations, upgrades, and operational projects.
- Increased system adoption and user competency levels across MEA sites.
- Number of key users, super users, and local trainers successfully trained and certified.
- Timely development and maintenance of regional training materials and documentation.
- Reduction in post-go-live support issues attributable to training gaps.
- Achievement of implementation readiness and change adoption objectives.
Key Tasks
- Deliver CargoWrite WMS training programs onsite and online across the MEA region.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, advanced user, supervisor, and key user training programs.
- Support WMS implementation and deployment projects by preparing training plans, training materials, and end-user readiness activities.
- Facilitate Lean, continuous improvement, operational process, and system-related training programs.
- Coordinate training activities with project managers, site management, and operational teams during implementations and business transformations.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, guides, assessments, and e-learning content.
- Train, coach, and certify local trainers, key users, and super users to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend actions to improve user adoption and operational performance.
- Support change management and communication activities during project implementations and system upgrades.
- Promote standard processes, best practices, and operational excellence across all MEA sites.
- Participate in implementation workshops, testing activities, go-live preparation, hypercare support, and post-implementation reviews.
- Travel extensively across the MEA region to deliver training and support implementation activities.
Authority Level
- Plan, schedule, and deliver regional training programs in alignment with business and project requirements.
- Recommend improvements to training methodologies, content, and delivery approaches.
- Assess trainee competency and recommend certification, retraining, or additional coaching where required.
- Escalate training risks, readiness concerns, and adoption challenges to project and operational management.
- Recommend go-live readiness from a training and user competency perspective.
- Represent the Project Management & Training team during implementation workshops, project meetings, and operational reviews.
- Influence standardization of training practices and operational processes across the MEA region.
Staff Responsibility
- No direct reports. Functional responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and developing local trainers, key users, and super users across the MEA region.

Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, training, project implementation, or business change management.
- Strong operational knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably CargoWRITE WMS.
- Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training.
- Experience supporting warehouse implementations, start-ups, system deployments, or major operational changes.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages spoken within the MEA region are advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the MEA region.
