Job title – Marketing Manager (Animal Nutrition)
Location – Seoul, South Korea
Develops and strengthens commercial and innovation processes to accelerate speed to market, enhance technical success, and drives market penetration of new product launches.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the execution of the ANH Performance Solutions strategy in the country and provides key customer insights to shape and further develop the overall Performance Solutions strategy.
- Drives early customer engagement and trials to validate and accelerate the adoption of new Performance Solutions.
- Builds and maintains a robust business pipeline and ensures effective pipeline management.
- Analyzes pipeline-to-sales conversion and identifies actions to improve conversion and accelerate revenue growth.
- Works closely with the Head of Sales to deliver financial targets, sales growth, and innovation sales objectives.
- Develops and strengthens Performance Solutions talent and builds a strong succession pipeline with diverse, high-potential, and high-performing talent.
- Leads and oversees country-level marketing activities for Performance Solutions.
- Develops and manages the country KOL network and local technical network.
- Provides technical support for plant activities, including Quality Control (QC), Finished Goods (FG), and sample management.
- Leads the development of new value propositions for Performance Solutions products to create differentiated customer value and drive business growth.
- Drives the successful launch and commercialization of new products while establishing strategic sales directions and providing sales support for existing products.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the feed or feed additives industry, with significant experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and nutritional analysis, with practical application experience.
- Solid understanding of the feed and feed additives industry, including technical, commercial, and market aspects.
- Strong practical experience in technical support, marketing support, customer engagement, and application development.
- Ability to develop and execute both marketing and sales activities, including direct customer visits and field activities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, action-oriented approach.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and divisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
